This condo offers a king size bed and a twin murphy bunk bed that folds off the wall featuring a gel memory foam mattresses, a full bathroom, kitchenette, and patio. With recent updates such as new carpet throughout, new furnishings, and blackout curtains this condo will make you feel at home. Guests can purchase water park passes online but they are not included in the rental price. Permit 19-09
Good to know
Guest access Easy access to room with lockbox. The shared areas have gas fire pits, picnic tables, playground equipment and exercise room. Hot tubs throughout resort and include roof top hot tub in the next building over with excellent mountain views. There are often movies, live music, and other fun activities going on at the resort. The hot tubs and laundry room are on the first floor. There are areas to store your bikes and your skis for you to enjoy all that Silver Mountain Resort has to offer. Permit 19-09
Other Details to Note
The condo is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator. There is also an area on the ground floor to lock your bike up and ski lockers for the winter so the gear does not need to be taken upstairs. The bunk bed is a Murphy bed with twin top and bottom bunks that folds up to the wall when not in use each bed has a 200 pound weight limit. The kitchen cooking appliance is a nuwave burner and pots/pans. There is a $100 fine for unreturned key cards to the lockbox upon departure. Thank you
