About

Walking distance to the gondola (5 houses from the resort gate) and waterpark . Snowmobiling minutes away. We have an unfinished basement with beds, games, and pool table. The house is very comfortable. Newly remodeled kitchen and updated bathrooms! Two washers and dryers in the basement. Permit 19-09

Good to know

The home features 3 bedrooms upstairs and additional sleeping accommodations downstairs. In the living room is a large couch and an XL bean bag. The house sleeps 11 but we have air mattresses available to sleep up to 15 guests. The basement has an additional full size bed, bunk bed with futon bottom and twin top bunk. There is also a pool table, a basketball game, a smart tv, and kid area. There is a toddler bed in an upstairs bedroom and a pack-n-play in the front closet for infants. There is a hose out back to spray off your bikes. There are two washers and dryers in the basement.

Keypad entry and wifi provided, also Smart Tv with Amazon Prime and Netflix. Back bedroom has a Smart TV. Basement has a smart TV and XBox 360 with a few games, pool table, and basketball game.

House Rules

If you have a pet there will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 to compensate for the time it takes to remove all pet dander for the next guest. We allow dogs but not cats without express written approval. For guests over 11 they will be using full size air beds that are provided.

This is our second time renting with these hosts. We frequent Silver Mountain, and their homes are the best pet friendly option for my large family. The location, cleanliness, well-thought out family spaces and amenities are what we like most. This is a clear choice for us rather than nearby apartment-living options!

The home was very clean and cozy. My stay there was very comfortable. It’s in a great location. Walking distance from the grocery store and silver mountain. The fenced in backyard was perfect for my 2 dogs. Would definitely recommend this home and am looking forward to staying there again next time I come through

We had an amazing stay at this home in Kellogg—it was absolutely perfect for our trip to Silver Mountain. The location couldn’t have been better, and the house itself had so much for the kids to do that they were entertained the entire time. The hosts truly stood out. When a windstorm caused a power outage the night before our check-in, they were incredibly proactive and kept us well informed throughout the situation. Thankfully, the power was restored before we arrived, but their communication and care gave us complete peace of mind. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for families. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

A great spot for our extended family to get together on Thanksgiving. Loved the TV for football watching and the game room downstairs! Great location and would definitely stay here again.

Loved staying at Justin’s house. Nice yard and so comfortable. It was just like coming home. This house is so close to all the great small towns in the Silver Valley, and only 30 minutes to Coeur d’Alene.
