This studio condo offers a king size bed, a full bathroom, kitchenette, and patio. With recent updates such as new carpet throughout, new furnishings, and blackout curtains this condo will make you feel at home. The hot tubs and laundry room are on the first floor. There are areas to store your bikes and your skis for you to enjoy all that Silver Mountain Resort has to offer. Guests can purchase water park passes online but they are not included in the rental price. Permit 19-09
Good to know
Easy access to room with lockbox. Kitchen has an electric skillet and a Lean Grilling Machine for cooking. The shared areas have gas fire pits, picnic tables, playground equipment and exercise room. Hot tubs throughout resort and include roof top hot tub in the next building over with excellent mountain views. There are often movies, live music, and other fun activities going on at the resort. Waterpark tickets are not included and must be purchased separately online in advance if it is an amenity a guest is interested in. Permit 19-09
Other Details to Note
The condo is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator. There is also an area on the ground floor to lock your bike up and ski lockers for the winter so the gear does not need to be taken upstairs. There is a $100 pet cleaning fee that helps accommodate for the additional time to clean and sanitize for the next guest. It is sent as a separate request. There is a $100 fine for unreturned key cards to the lockbox upon departure. Thank you
